Mycotex is designed to be added to the ‘total mixed ration’ (TMR) at the time the feed is being mixed. Mycotex begins to neutralize mycotoxins
immediately when added to the feedstuffs, and continues to actively neutralize mycotoxins within the rumen to reduce the risk of mycotoxins being absorbed by the animal. Research indicates Mycotex functions well against difficult mycotoxins such as Vomatoxin (DON), T-2, Zeralanone, and
Aflatoxin. As animals recover, feeding rates of Mycotex can be reduced. Mycotex can be fed in conjunction with Fuse 207 in severe cases.
Contact a Crystal Creek staff technical service person to discuss which mycotoxin treatment is best for your situation.
Ingredients
Dried Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Enterococcus faecium fermentation products, dried Saccharomyces
cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma longibrachiatum fermentation extracts, vitamin A
supplement, vitamin B supplement, sodium calcium aluminosilicate, manganese sulfate, certified organic soy oil.
Directions
Incorporate Mycotex into feed or total mixed ration (TMR) or apply as a top dress at the rate of 0.5 to 2.0 lbs per ton of feed. Actual rate of use will depend on level of mycotoxin/fungal secondary metoabolite contamination and animal response.
Consult your nutritionist for more detailed information on usage rates.
Note: In some situations, it may be beneficial to feed Fuse 207 as a basic preventative and then use Mycotex as a targeted strategy.
