Owners & Managers:

Crystal Creek, A Division of Leiterman & Associates, Inc. is a family business with family values, owned and operated by Dan and Jan Leiterman and nestled in the beautifully wooded hills of NW Wisconsin. They have two sons who have worked hard to help them develop Crystal Creek. Ryan has a degree in bio-engineering from the University of MN and is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison specializing in large animal veterinary medicine.  He is currently employed as a practicioner with the Lodi Veterinary Clinic in Lodi, WI and is also a consulting veterinarian for Crystal Creek.  Matt is a commercial pilot and a certified flight instructor. Dan & Jan have been married for 29 years and run Crystal Creek with the same strong values they applied when raising their family, i.e. integrity, open communication, appreciation, team effort, hard work, and an appreciation for nature's 'circle of life' and its ability to support healthy living for livestock and humans alike.

Dan Leiterman, President/CEO of Crystal Creek, Inc. is a dairy nutritionist and a manufacturer of nutraceuticals and natural livestock supplements that help producers reduce their dependence on conventional antibiotics, drugs caustic chemicals or hormones. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls in 1974 with a B.S. degree in Animal Science and has 35 years experience in the livestock industry covering dairy nutrition, calves and animal health. Dan has owned/operated a hog farrowing operation, has 12 years of soil agronomy consulting experience and is uniquely qualified to understand the connection between healthy soils and healthy livestock. He has used his dairy nutrition, nutraceutical formulation and livestock experience to design the Crystal Creek products and programs that are so popular with livestock producers striving to support optimum livestock performance with a more natural and sustainable approach.

Jan Leiterman, Vice President of Crystal Creek, Inc. is a Medical Technologist by training and is an important technical resource for Crystal Creek clients on proper application of products and programs. Her insights and experience provide Crystal Creek clients with sound, common sense advice they appreciate.

This is the manufacturing branch of the organization, providing formulation, testing and manufacture of most of the products sold by Crystal Creek. This corporation structure makes it easier to focus expertise and resources to all aspects of product design, product testing, packaging and manufacturing before Crystal Creek receives it for marketing. This helps us to provide the very best, high performance programs and products to our clients economically.

Leiterman & Associates, Inc. is also a consulting firm to other agricultural corporations providing technical support services on livestock nutrition, sales training, market development, communications and product design. We find this aspect of our business very satisfying because we can help other companies begin their journey toward supporting agriculture in a more sustainable fashion. We find many companies have a strong desire to be more earth and farmer friendly even though they are not ready to service the certified organic industry yet. They want to be more sustainable, but just don't know how yet. Through our consulting service to these corporations we can help many people take steps towards greater support and awareness of a more sustainable agriculture.

Leiterman & Associates, Inc. also formulates and manufactures a line of high performance canine nutritional supplements and health aids for intensive athletic dogs, such as for the sled dog, greyhound and sporting dog industries. These products are distributed under the 'Ten Squared Racing' label and are popular at many world class athletic canine events, i.e. dog sled racing, John Bear Grease, Atta Boy 300, Yukon Quest, and the Iditarod races.

Crystal Creek is the livestock products marketing division for Leiterman & Associates, Inc. Both companies are owned and operated by Dan & Jan Leiterman.
